Responsibilities
- Check cable connections, labels and terminals against electrical diagrams.
- Perform assigned measurements and fault finding using a multimeter and authorised test instruments.
- Assist with panel, cable and lighting installation under approved documents and authorisations.
- Prepare defect lists and spare requests and record completed work.
- Prepare survey instruments and track tool condition and inspection dates.
Requirements
- Vocational electrical qualification and two years of relevant practical work.
- Power and control diagram interpretation and understanding of breakers, contactors and protection.
- Cable circuit fault finding and safe instrument handling skills.
- Current electrical safety competence and authorisations for assigned tasks; availability for site visits.
Nice to have
- Switchboard, UPS or industrial distribution network experience.
Conditions
- Compensation, scope of engagement and payment arrangements are agreed in the contract before work begins.
- Schedule, work location and any travel requirements are agreed individually.
- Contribute to the Amu Darya complex: energy, data centres and useful heat recovery.
- Collaborate with engineers from other disciplines and contribute to technical design decisions.
- Field activities follow agreed assignments and applicable safety requirements.
